NAIO Hotel is located approximately 1 hour and 24 minutes from Riohacha Airport and 1 hour and 52 minutes from Santa Marta Airport.
Do you offer volunteer opportunities?
At this time, we are not offering volunteer opportunities.
For the tennis court, do you provide the equipment?
We currently do not provide equipment. Guests are welcome to use the court but must bring their own gear.
Do you offer hairdressing or dry‑cleaning services?
No, we do not.

Is the road to NAIO paved or unpaved?
It is an unpaved road.
What is the difference between the houses, villas, and suites?
The main difference is that the houses have an open‑air social area (living room, dining room, and kitchen), while the villas have these spaces fully enclosed with A/C. All houses and villas include a private pool.
Suites only offer ocean views and do not include a kitchen, living room, or dining room.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer parking spaces for our guests.
Can I bring my own music to NAIO?

In accordance with the Sectoral Technical Standard NTS–TS 002, NAIO HOTEL & VILLAS maintains sustainable management of its activities to prevent or reduce the impact of our facilities and both internal and external operations. We aim to protect the flora and fauna of our surroundings by promoting environmental practices that do not affect the area.
This sustainable tourism policy applies under current regulations; therefore, it is prohibited to bring into NAIO HOTEL & VILLAS: speakers, musical instruments, sound systems, or engage in activities that generate noise affecting guests’ rest and tranquility, as well as wildlife and the natural environment. This applies to all hotel areas, including rooms, villas, common areas, pool, and beach.

At NAIO, we gladly welcome your pets. We are happy to be pet‑friendly and hope you and your furry friend enjoy a wonderful stay with us.

You will find non‑perishable food items, beverages, and some personal care products.
Do you offer airport–hotel transportation service?
Yes, we offer transportation not only from the airport to the hotel but also to different points along the Colombian coast. Rates vary depending on the origin or destination.
Are there supermarkets nearby?
In Palomino, you will find local supermarkets. The only major chain nearby is D1, located 10 minutes away.
What activities do you recommend for families?
Recommended family activities include tubing, horseback riding, and visiting the flamingo sanctuary.
